Please note that once an e-book has been downloaded, it cannot be replaced or returned unless a technical problem is identified.
For physical products, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Products sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (beauty products). Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product so that we can assess the issue
